Avantages
The environment and work culture is very friendly. on time Salary & Appraisal Good Management Supportive co-workers & upper managements are too !!! No such politics. No unnecessary formalities. The person at the lowest profile also gets equal respect from the Founders itself. Really they allow you to explore yourself & they respect to your thoughts. Just focus on your work and growth of the organization.
Inconvénients
Frankly, there are few but they keep changing as they keep improving. The old problems are gone away and the new one comes in but minor issues are everywhere.
