Most of the same of what other posts indicated. Senior management is immature and it can be a very high school-esque environment sometimes. It's frustrating to work endlessly and see no potential for reward. People sell their souls to this company until they realize they don't have to and move on. Incredibly high turnover is a telling indicator. I believe the only thing that keeps people there is the fact that it's a young environment and people like the other co-workers (even if they're miserable) and since it monopolizes your life you get sucked in and it becomes hard to leave.
