- Low salary - No bonus/commission - High amount of work, need to work during nights or weekends but seldomly receive OT payment - No company trip - Sorely focus on profit, not long-term development of employees & their well-being - Unpromising pathway advancement - No recognition of core employees leading to their loss of motivation and burnt-out
