Avantages
Overall I can only say that the best thing in TPT is the people. My team was amazing, we supported each other at all times and became good friends.
Inconvénients
Not taking advantage of the previous experience of senior people when starting at TPT; the lack of time to do everything, to think (sometimes even to breath!); the constant pressure from Management to negotiate with suppliers to lower their rates; the bureaucracy due to the size of the company and its processes; the extreme overtime to have the workload done.
