Avantages
Couldn't even tell you one positive thing about this company.
Inconvénients
There was absolutely no true leadership. If you're into being constantly watched and pushed, this might sound great on paper. Leadership talks a big game but doesn't follow through, and it shows in how things are run. The ceo keeps a close eye on everyone, even tracking when people log off, which makes the environment feel tense. Work hours are long, and there’s an expectation to stay connected even after the day ends. There’s clear favoritism in how accounts are handed out, and raising concerns doesn’t lead to any real change. Benefits are weak, time off is limited, and there’s no flexibility. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to read the reviews carefully and think twice.
