no pros whatsoever, not worth the energy

first of all, they advertise positions that pay less than 10k as 4-5 lpa and "competitive pay", and put most of the component in variable salary. secondly, you will have to follow up a million times to get paid. when I worked here, we used to get our stipends on the 10th of next month. there is no such thing as work life balance, you will have to work almost 7 days a week. their founder nandini decided to fire me randomly one day, no certificate was given whatsoever, and I was not paid for 1.5 months of work. shameless losers
