I have been with TransACT for over 20 years. If that doesn't say something about the company, I don't know what will.
I am frequently asked why I have chosen to stay with one company for this long and the answer is simple, I will give you my top 3.....
1. I told my self on day one that i will only stay at a company for as long as I continue to grow. There is nothing more true than that here at TransACT. Over the past 20 years I have had the opportunity to learn and grow on a continuous basis. That tradition has continued under our new leadership team. Our current CEO encourages us and provides the challenges we need to continue further our professional growth. Under his leadership not only are we continuing to grow professionally, but we are growing as a company. I am excited to see what comes next.
2.I want to work for a company that provides products and/or services that benefit their target audience. What better feeling can you have then to know what you do everyday helps school district's nationwide. All products and services provided by TransACT have one goal... keep the money where it is needed most, in the classroom. How can you not feel great about that.
3. Great team members. We have an amazing cohesive team that works together to find the best possible result. We work collaboratively and always work towards one common goal, how can we make our products/services work better for our customers.
