Avantages
Great starter job for the recent college graduate, with a nice office and perfect downtown Bozeman location. You will work with great people in an interesting industry and learn a lot. Truly skilled and hard working salespeople can make decent money (after a year).
Inconvénients
They are trying to imitate the hip tech companies that employees love so much. They fall short, because, at its heart, the company is not employee focused. As a result, they have low-morale and very (very, very) high turnover. The company is suffering from founders syndrome with an authority bottleneck at the top. This stifles transparency and slows or completely stops any meaningful change. Benefits have improved (better PTO, 401k), but overall compensation is well below market. Promotions consist of increased responsibility, a cool new title and no raise. Middle management, while dedicated, only seems to serve as a conduit for the President's will. All of the above seems to be even worse in the Administrative departments.
