Avantages
Flexible scheduling within reason (yup off at noon every Friday is pretty awesome). Not to mention I get an entire month paid off a year(I believe it's 3 weeks to start)! I love the people I work with, and would gladly grab a pint, or crush some trails with anyone on the team. Remember snow-days as a kid? Yeah I get a couple of those as well.
We sell Customs Bonds and Cargo Insurance, which are fairly niche products that present a constant marketing challenge. This allows me a certain level of creative freedom, as well as amble opportunities to fine tune my marketing prowess. This really resonates with me, as it spells multiple opportunities for both career and personal growth.
Finally, we are located smack dab in the middle of downtown Bozeman. Food, drinks, and entertainment within walking distance. Also, because it's centrally located biking to and from work is never an issue even if you move every couple of years.
Inconvénients
We are downtown finding parking can be a challenge, especially in the winter. A bunch of us still bike in the winter, but it can be bit more perilous.
