      Avantages

      TouchPoint rolls out new product improvements faster and more frequently than I've ever seen anywhere else in my 25-year career. Leadership is transparent, authentic, and kind, and colleagues treat their jobs and clients with the utmost professionalism and friendliness.

      Best culture, genuine environment, serve churches, remote, cold calls/emails, prospecting, sales, fun team, travel, great steppingstone, and more....

      Inconvénients

      Professional growth can be an issue if there's not an opportunity

      Avantages

      - Transparency - Constantly challenging each other to get better - You get a sense that leadership truly cares for the whole team - Freedom to be creative and try new ideas within reason - Speaking your mind is encouraged in just about any forum - "I'm open to that" is a common phrase used by leadership

      Inconvénients

      Company is in full growth mode which means you may not have all of the bells and whistles you would in a corporate environment but that is offset by the passion and spirit that the team has about the work we do.
