      Avantages

      Tomahawk is one of the more interesting studios I've had the pleasure of working with. They're a smaller fish in a big pond and seem really keen on taking risks and being innovative. Leadership is on point too. Their approach seems to put an emphasis on the creative, which is nice. Very happy here.

      Inconvénients

      It can be really demanding work sometimes. No gluten-free pizza/bagel options :(

      Avantages

      Great leadership - everyone has a seat at the table, which is nice. It seems like mgmt value good ideas and good people. Cool work, occasional celeb pop-in ;) and free food. Coworkers are top talent, learning so much

      Inconvénients

      Can have long nights. Benefits are OK-have had worse, have had better. We need a bigger office!

      Avantages

      The culture is great and the creatives are encouraged to push boundaries. Leadership is on point and it's evident they value art and design. Free snacks and beautiful office don't hurt either.

      Inconvénients

      Some late nights. Slow elevators. Midtown.
