Avantages

Excellents collègues, prise de force illimitée, correspondance 401k, travail à distance.

Inconvénients

Rémunération - Je suis dans mon entreprise depuis plus de 8 ans et mon salaire est ridicule. J'ai été l'un des plus performants chaque année. Ces dernières années, les augmentations ont été minimes même si on nous dit que c'est le meilleur trimestre/année que nous ayons eu depuis des années. Il a été récemment évoqué lors d'une réunion du personnel et ils se sont simplement frayés un chemin à travers des questions difficiles en donnant une réponse extrêmement vague comme "même les plus performants ont obtenu une petite augmentation car cela diffère de chaque organisation et département". Mais l'entreprise dans son ensemble se porte extrêmement bien avec des bénéfices supérieurs aux objectifs annuels et trimestriels ??? Les contributeurs individuels qui dépassent systématiquement les objectifs n'obtiennent toujours qu'une augmentation de 3 % ? Non seulement la rémunération salariale est horrible, mais il n'y a aucun avantage à être un travailleur acharné et à bien faire son travail. Les structures des commissions sont devenues horribles. Les cadeaux les plus performants reçus l'année dernière étaient un chapeau et un t-shirt qui n'étaient même pas à la bonne taille. Et nos managers nous ont demandé de dire « merci » directement à la direction de TW, car nous devrions être reconnaissants d'avoir reçu quelque chose. Je redoute les rencontres avec la direction de TW. Ils sont si froids et semblent si indifférents à ce dont nous discutons, mais adorent donner l'exemple d'employés sur un coup de tête en les jetant sous le bus et en fournissant des commentaires critiques DEVANT des équipes entières.

Avantages

I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time at Togetherwork. The people are supportive, approachable, and willing to help each other succeed. Even in a remote environment, I’ve felt connected to my team and valued and supported under the current leadership team. My manager has been a tremendous resource, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth. One thing that stands out is the company’s willingness to invest in employees and provide opportunities to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and explore areas of interest outside of your day-to-day role. The flexibility, work-life balance, and benefits are also major positives. It’s a place where hard work is recognized and where employees are trusted to do their jobs well.

Inconvénients

The company has undergone significant change over the past few years, and periods of transformation can be challenging for employees to navigate. Changes in processes, priorities, and organizational structure have required teams to adapt quickly, which hasn't always been easy. While change can create uncertainty in the moment, many of these efforts have been positive from a broader organizational perspective. Today, the company benefits from strong leadership, a clear vision, and a focus on continuous improvement, which has helped create positive momentum for the future.

Avantages

Togetherwork is in the middle of a real transformation. We are becoming a proper technology company. Not a holding company that acquired a bunch of software products and left them alone. A company that is actually investing, actually building, actually innovating for the customers who depend on us every day. That is exciting if you are a builder. It is uncomfortable if you liked the old way. The new leadership is smart, direct, and serious about doing this right. They have raised the bar on what good looks like, what shipping on time looks like, what accountability looks like. That is not a con. That is what good companies do. The products we build matter. Dog daycares, summer camps, faith communities, nonprofits, wellness studios. These are real operators running real businesses, and they deserve software that keeps up with what technology can do in 2026. We are the team making that happen. The AI investment here is not a slide in a deck. It is in how we work, how we build, how we think about what comes next. If you want to be part of a team that is moving toward the future instead of defending the past, this is the place.

Inconvénients

The days are long but the things we are able to do more than make up for that. I honestly have no other cons. This is by far the best and most amazing experience of my career and I do not use those words lightly.
