      Good product that satisfies just about every customer Tremendously intelligent development and support teams Colleagues always available to help when needed Lots of opportunities to take on new challenges Good exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem and its various partner companies Product team is generally responsive to feature requests from customers and prospects Fully remote

      Inconvénients

      Still a startup with need for some process improvements If based in the western hemisphere it can feel a bit apart from the rest Product can do so many things that the clients often get a bit silly with their requests

      Avantages

      TITAN is very global and you get to work with people from all over the world. The culture is very fast paced and solution oriented. People are quick to help and you are encouraged to ask questions. The sales team is doing very well so it feels good to be part of a company that is doing well financially and is transparent about the deals. HR is very supportive and you feel valued by your managers.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are not so competitive If you want a boring environment, titan is not for you. A lot of technical work, you need to be very driven to succeed.

      - From day one, you feel genuinely welcomed. The onboarding process is smooth and personal, and knowledge sharing is part of the DNA - There's a real sense of care - The company culture promotes openness and transparency - The team is willing to help with whatever is needed, and there’s room to experiment, refactor, and push for best practices

      Inconvénients

      Like any super-fast-growing startup, some processes could be refined, but there's a clear willingness to improve
