      Avantages

      Owners provide fabulous resources. The families are amazing and so are the majority of staff. Most are very supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Management (Manager) encouraged a toxic culture. Constantly watching staff on cameras and bullying behaviour. All resulted in high staff turnover. Message for owners: Listen to the staff who have left before your centre reputation is destroyed

      Aesthetically pleasing centre Families are beautiful and genuinely care

      Inconvénients

      Management are not supportive Staff structure is too top heavy Expect educators to train unqualified staff whilst educating children
