CEO is known for "wanting 7 figure profits from a $0 investment" and this leads to tierpoint lagging behind others who are willing to invest in new technologies and practices. Expects employees to work miracles, and the good ones who do so are not fairly compensated. Lots of blatent agism from middle age or older employees intentionally sabotaging younger employees or roadblocking them from being able to complete their work
