Avantages
Healthy work life balance on the marketing team. They really emphasise this and are flexible with how you manage your time so long as you get your work done. Really lovely people work there. The office is central and easy to get to and feels like an HQ. Open and cross functional culture, you are free to pull anyone for a chat at anytime. Get to know different people on the team is really easy. The workload is overall well balanced if you're one who can self manage. You can ask for support or adjust deadlines when needed so long as goals are still met. They encourage ownership of projects as well as are open to your input and expertise. Lots of social and cultural interaction opporunities (dinners, clubs, hangouts)

Big change is slow to make since the founders are still quite involved in the company. From a design front this means your dream to rebrand the company unlikely. Headcount is limited so there are rolling interns. This can be disruptive as you are then always training new joiners or interviewing
