      Avantages

      Good opportunity to learn new things by yourself.

      Inconvénients

      No senior mentors. No performance updates. Limited opportunity for personal development. Only 3 paid sick days per year. Only 2 weeks vacation. Working from home is frowned upon and you will feel guilty for doing so even though it is advertised as a selling point in the job description. You may be forcefully asked to work overtime and if you don't you may lose your job.

      Avantages

      Had the potential to do well given all the talent they initially attracted but then could not retain. They started with some good ideas but then lost their way.

      Inconvénients

      Hiring too many agents & low commission splits for all the work you have to put in. Nothing but a Discount Brokerage led by a sales manager who has never sold a home in his life. Too much rigidity & lack of vision. Offering free listing services & making the agents work for free on listing a home or offering cash backs to buyers. So even if you are selling a lot of Real Estate, you are actually making very little money for the amount of work you put in.
