      Avantages

      Probably the best company I've ever worked for. Employees are treated with respect, treated as adults, and not micro managed like so many other fast-growing companies do. I feel top management hears me and appreciates my contributions. All in all, a very enjoyable place to work.

      Inconvénients

      I can't think of any cons. If there's something I want, I tell them, and they make it happen.
