      Avantages

      Fantastic (and rare) opportunity for grad students and postdocs to gain exposure to consulting.

      Inconvénients

      Management can be extremely unpleasant to work with, which can crush morale. I (and other team members) actually started to dread weekly meetings and started to wonder if it was worth our time. Also, if you work in a demanding lab for your full time work, then the time commitment for Solution Lab can be a little trying.
