Avantages
(In the restaurant) consistent Mondays and Tuesdays off. Usually honor day off requests if you ask a week or two out.
Inconvénients
Management sucks (drunk on the job, yell at you in earshot of customers, literally slow down your work to tell you you’re not doing enough, will happily throw you under the bus to appease entitled customers). You’ll barely earn your rent in the slow season (CEOs reaction? “That’s a great time to take vacation”… like the whole staff can just take august off). Constant in-fighting. Won’t reimburse you when you have to buy uniform pieces out of pocket (despite telling you they will) when they can’t get them ordered. Type of place that tells you the customer is always right and you should bend over backward to fulfill requests yet will snap at you for actually doing so when they find it too inconvenient.
