      - Colleagues are friendly and helpful - Materials provided by curriculum team are great for lesson planning - Decent healthcare benefits

      Inconvénients

      - Last minute covers are extremely common, making it very difficult to plan your work schedule, especially during peak marking periods - Ridiculously difficult to get leave - Lack of transparency in a lot of processes - Inconsistency in pay schemes, making the workload feel extremely unfair
