Worked with really great people! Got a ton of customer service and leadership experience. The friendships made with some of my coworkers are some I will never forget.
Inconvénients
The management team is awful. Starting from the Supervisors and up. No one fights for employee rights, just everyone nodding yes to anything the higher ups agree to. Half of the management barely know how to do their jobs, and just sit in meaningless meetings all day — meanwhile they barely know how to use something as simple as Microsoft teams or know what’s going on with their team. The customer service department gets treated like the ugly step child, while the corporate side of the office has access to all the perks, which is also unfair. The company has seemed to struggle a lot more since the CEO change, and things quickly continue to fall downhill as prices go up for literally everything. The employees all see this and so do our customers. Great company to work for, but not a great company to stay with for years to come.
