      Very nice management team. Employees seem to be happy to work there.

      Coming in at 5:30 or 6 am some days

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
