Avantages
There are some good people who work there and the job is not generally overly stressful.
Inconvénients
1) One of the major downsides is the cult like work environment in which workers are encouraged to use store lingo and praise the company for things that are, in reality, virtually meaningless to employees. Most people just play along as a joke and, of course, because they are there for a check. 2) While communication from employees to management is heavily encouraged, communication from managers to employees is virtually non-existent, which is very frustrating. Furthermore, full time employees are required to spend so much time sending and reading e-mails (most of which are meaningless blabber) that it cuts into productivity, causing unnecessary time crunches on projects. 3) The erratic scheduling makes it extremely difficult to coordinate any other type of activity outside of work.
