If you enjoy being under paid, under valued and exploited, then this is the "sweat-shop" type Company for you. If you enjoy being treated disrespectfully and doing 3 people's jobs and only being paid for doing a single person's job and consistently being over utilised, taken advantage of, overloaded, strained, overburdened, exhausted, fatigued, burned out, over allocated and working for a business owner who has no idea how to run a business then this is the Company for you. If you enjoy no aircon in hot summer months, no heaters or aircon in winter and people around you getting sick and work falling behind as a result, then this is the Company for you. If you enjoy working for a Company where clients are consistently complaining about poor service delivery, this would be the ideal Company for you to join. If you enjoy a culture of too many smoke breaks, lazy employees who do not take pride in their work or behaviour - this is the place for you. If you enjoy working for a business owner who is constantly changing the goal posts, has unrealistic expectations of employees, does not respect or appreciate work life balance and working in a Company where "processes" contradict workflows and are not adhered to by Senior Management Team let alone the owner and where corner get cut and processes ignored - this is the place to be.

Avantages

no real pros to working for these guys once you get to know them

Inconvénients

Management blatantly lies to staff Forced to work overtime and weekends without compensation. Management lies to clients and charges them for free tools Ridiculous promises and deadlines are given to clients which in turn forces employees to work extra hours without compensation. When you have a new idea it gets shutdown immediately then a week or 2 later one of the 2 owners will pretend it was there idea and then it's a good idea In 3+ years no increases or bonuses but there is money to buy the latest tech for the owners. The company will spend money on things that add no value instead of giving the employees a decent living wage.
