      Nothing to add here as good points.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment: the CEO often criticizes the member contributions during company-wide meetings, even using rude language. The tech leaders are many times sarcastic on their comments about other developers. Lack of organization: tech managers lost among interviews to candidates and endless meetings, code reviews forgotten among the activities; tasks without scope, description, or well-defined deadlines. No support to the developers: lack of 1:1 feedback meetings, no career plan or progression metrics.

      Avantages

      -> Opportunity to Grow and learn. -> Very friendly environment with your peers. -> Salary always on time.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it can be a bit messy with some processes and guidelines, but it's something expected for any fast-paced startup. Nothing to worry about it.

      Avantages

      - team members were awesome! - I enjoyed the team work and collaboration with other teams - new hiring training was very helpful - Commission was great! - Fully remote - Management was truly receptive and open-minded about our ideas - Overall experience was good

      Inconvénients

      - company still has a lot of growing and learning to do - some processes still need a lot of work (leadership is working on improving) - From my understanding, everyone was contract - no benefits and did not provide laptops
