Avantages
The pay was amazing, due to the company being bootstrapped and having more money then they know what to do with. It is very easy to convince the CEO paying you more money and having you do next to no work.
Inconvénients
Dont work here. In short, just don't. It doesn't matter how long this review has been up. It doesn't matter if other people write positive reviews, Dont work here. I have seen first hand decisions being made with no thought put into how it will affect the employees. According to the Mehran (the sudo ceo) the company will continue to operate fine with out a sales team which currently brings in over 60% of the companies annual revenue. Mehran is an emotionally driven decision maker who is not even remotely present in his companies day to day operations. He can sell ice to an eskimo which has helped him get as far as he has. Mehran currently has this blind trust for this troll . While listed as a president this person, who I wont mention his actual name due to you just needing to look at his linked in profile. This troll who brags about working 2 days a week and makes over $100k a year blindly making decisions that have cost the company 100's of thousands of dollars, really runs the company. This troll has no idea what he is doing, admits this, admits he is a narcissist and as a result gets away with every single thing that you would never expect to fly in any other company. I chose to leave that place on my own terms it came out of left field for every person who had no idea, and for the people that should have seen it coming acted like they had no idea when ultimately they knew. I left because of the troll. I left because despite believing in the product, Mehran, and what he wanted to accomplish. I felt dirty after interacting with the troll, despite never meeting in person which Thank god, I would still have to scrub myself over from head to toe after each time I had to interact with him. Dont work here, I could write a book on the insane stuff that just is allowed to happen in that place. But as with anything outlandish, the only people who truly know. are the ones writing these reviews to share their experience to prevent you from making the same mistake we all did.
