      Pros -Open young culture -flexi time scheduling - start up atmosphere - great office -room for growth of you work hard enough

      Inconvénients

      -unclear objectives from management ( company direction changes every few months) - really not focused on work life balance -high pressure environment

      Avantages

      Great colleagues, good equipment, beer o'clock.

      Inconvénients

      High employee turnover. Management's solution is to make promises they have no intention of keeping. No benefits and no transparency. Very limited career progression, you are hired for one position and will never advance beyond it in this company. Arguing will result in accusations of not being a team player and being greedy.
