Inconvénients
Management culture is toxic. Management (apart from CEO) is immature (too much "bro" attitude) and care more about shiny toys than long term health of the product, company and staff. Management prefer a command and control and micro management environment. No transparency. Reactive rather than proactive. Benefits are bad. Bonus scheme is not transparent. No medical. No paid public holidays. Staff retention terrible.
