      Inconvénients

      * Limited technical direction due to lack of high level engineering oversight * Lack of engineering best practices (i.e. automated testing, pair programming, code review, collaborative product development) * No HR * Mercenary and amoralistic attitude

      Avantages

      Great colleagues, good equipment, beer o'clock.

      Inconvénients

      High employee turnover. Management's solution is to make promises they have no intention of keeping. No benefits and no transparency. Very limited career progression, you are hired for one position and will never advance beyond it in this company. Arguing will result in accusations of not being a team player and being greedy.
