1. They divide the work amongst a team if a team member from other company is on leave. 2. Be ready to do all kinds of work, even if it's not included in your profile. 3. They'll change your roles as and when they want to. 4. Be ready to kiss your boss"s (anything) , or you'll just be treated as a slave. 5. Not your boss's favourite? Never mind, we'll throw you out. 6. Increment? Give us our salary on time first. 7. Be ready to be humiliated in person and in front of the entire company, cuz you know you're just a slave. 8. Follow up mails , in every hour. Because the top level management does only that.
