      Office facilities and benefits such as free breakfast, coffee machines etc

      Inconvénients

      Due to recent media spotlight staff have been asked to write 5 star reviews to balance out the previous (honest & legitimate) reviews. The culture at TechOne is poor. Bullying is accepted behaviour that is not adequately addressed. The bullying comes from the Executives and cascades down.

      Avantages

      Good building , good facilities , good perks, good location, good people, good vision , good company - just a good place to be.

      Inconvénients

      Preconfigured solutions still need more work making it hard for consultants and R&D. Driven to succeed at all costs - a positive as you work for a very successful company with job security and career prospects something I did not have with the previous company I worked for that struggled to survive ; but a negative because failure is never an option and you need to with the hours.
