Avantages
Technology Pointe has such a positive culture! Learning is encouraged, and everyone is happy to teach and share knowledge. There is a high level of communication within the company and within each team. Every single person has a good attitude, and the family dynamic is real. Through interning at Technology Pointe, I've had the opportunity to get hands-on technical and business experience. They allowed me to work up in ticket difficulty at a pace that was good for me, and let me be involved in business processes. It's been one of the most valuable experiences of my life, and I'm very grateful to them.
Inconvénients
There's a learning curve for the first few weeks, but there's going to be a learning curve for any technology job--that's not exclusive to Technology Pointe.
