      Avantages

      Small company, few coworkers. It is a friendly place to work, the customers and employees are both easy to work with for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of in person training. Poor compensation. There are no bonuses, or incentives and very few raises. Years can go by with no review or communication on pay increase. It is a family business so take that into account. There is no manager, only an owner and he is very busy so you won't be able to receive much from him

      Avantages

      The work was rewarding when you could make your clients happy and fix there issues. You get to work with lots of different technologies all at once. Exposure to lots of different situations. A very challenging job.

      Inconvénients

      Some employees difficult to work with. Some favoritism and lower than average wage for the type/work load expected. Very few opportunities for advancement since this is a small company. Lots of overtime work expected.
