Avantages
Learning is good, Work time gets flexible if you maintain good relationship with management.
Inconvénients
There are several concerns I experienced while working here:
1. The salary offered to interns is quite low compared to market expectations. In most cases, the package remains around 2.65–2.80 LPA regardless of an individual’s skills, contribution, or prior experience.
2. Management quality can vary significantly. In my experience, recognition and rewards did not always feel performance-based. I handled major frontend responsibilities on a project during a critical phase, but despite strong contributions, others were rewarded while my efforts were overlooked. This created a feeling of favoritism within the team.
3. The review and appraisal cycles are disappointing. Salary hikes tend to be very small, making long-term financial growth slow unless an employee receives external offers.
4. Leadership often focuses heavily on expansion announcements and repeated discussions of company achievements during town halls, while some internal operational and employee concerns remain unresolved. The company has also launched multiple products that have not seen strong adoption.
5. The 60-day notice period is another major drawback. Since buyouts are generally discouraged, employees can miss many external opportunities due to the lengthy transition period.
6. The office environment is decent overall, but infrastructure improvements promised over time were often delayed or never implemented. Basic facilities could also be improved considering the number of employees working from the office.
I would recommend joining only if you are comfortable handling high-pressure environments and strict management styles. I have seen several talented developers and HR professionals leave due to management rigidity and unrealistic expectations. Earlier, the company provided strong learning opportunities, but recently the focus has shifted more toward delivery speed and output expectations.
Personally, one particular manager made my initial review process extremely stressful despite my confidence in my technical abilities and contributions.
