Leads are busy in their personal lives, causing them to overlook your work. Senior individuals sometimes appropriate junior work and present it as their own. There are no proper policies in place, and there aren't enough projects. It's the worst company to work for, as even when a lead or senior is at fault, the blame is unfairly placed on juniors. In an attempt to conceal a lead's mistake, junior employees are unjustly scolded. Their is no job gurantee.

No mentorship , toxic environment, no proper washroom , night shift works but no appraisal and will tont for living office early No proper leave policy , HR will manipulate you but please not to believe on them
