The company relies heavily on the creativity and work ethic of their employees. There is no micro managing. Because the Austin branch is small there is a cohesive feel with all of the co-workers and we share a very strong team atmosphere. Everyone helps everyone.

On the flip side to being a small branch of the company here in Austin, there is not a great deal of opportunity to work one's way of the "corporate ladder". There is a great deal of room to learn, but staying at the same level of career.

A small outsourcing company doing agile, using the newest technologies, having flexible schedule, small teams, high work ethics, where CTO does design, writes tons of code himself, does refactoring and bugs fixing. No bureaucracy, no endless managers chains. Just highly professional people.

If you want to make a "career" - this place is not suitable, as this is an outsourcing company, where they don't have VPs, senior management and all these lots of positions. Only QA, Software Developer, Senior Software Developer and CTO, CEO.
