Avantages
Some of the people who work there are actually very nice
Inconvénients
-If your experienced this is a nightmare -Your paycheck is bank check from chase , not a real payroll check and no direct deposit available ( you won’t be told this until you receive ur first paycheck ) -One room is warm which is by the office the room with all the remote techs is extremely cold -poor management -not very professional -senior employee constantly take work from you and kick you off your session ( it’s embarrassing and unprofessional) -company group chats are inappropriate (employees with one another ) (sexual references) -you won’t be able to work properly until given certain access which you won’t get until the owner feels you are ready ( does not matter how experienced you are owner likes to reteach you everything and you must pharse everything the way he phrases it or no access even if you answer correctly ) -you’ll be told to only do certain things and then later yelled at for not doing things you were told not to do -even as a tech you’ll be highly restricted you need to constantly ask other techs to provide access -owner micromanages everything to the extreme - owner will try and manipulate you -company is focused around security/ not very secure (passwords for every user for every company are more or less the same sequence) -owner tells college students to write good reviews on techfox -owner tells you certain individuals don’t like you , personally I’ve spoken to those individuals and they disagreed - many many more ! In all techfox provides good support to users but , you’ll be given odd jobs from time and the company it self does not operate like any normal job
