      People are great My manager and co-workers are always available Remote work is a positive experience As a 100% employee-owned company employee voices are heard, and we all reap the benefit of TechFlow success.

      Inconvénients

      As a medium size company you get to wear many hats which can be a pro and/or a con.

      We appreciate your positive experience working with our team at Pax River and regret that our management did not meet your expectations. As we do not have any part-time employees at Pax River, we are unclear about your role but welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience to help us improve. Both our operating company and umbrella company leadership maintain an open-door policy, ensuring direct access if site leadership is unavailable or if a conflict of interest arises.
