Avantages
> can request schedules though not really granted all the time but at least you get the chance to > relatively small company so you know mostly everyone > the manager is approachable > if you're great at the job, you can earn a lot thru the incentive scheme
Inconvénients
> poor control over employees > benefits are too basic for a BPO/KPO company > management in general needs improvement, like leadership training > some management positions are paid less than rank-and-file positions (rank-and-file has applicable incentive schemes)
