Increase knowledge, respect free time, opportunities for work from home

Inconvénients

Didn’t pay good salaries, not enough vacations, they fired me with responsibilities, but they didn’t pay as the labor law says.

Avantages

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Inconvénients

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
