      The company takes good care of employees with compensation and flying in remote employees mostly free of charge

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to be promoted or get new positions; limited experience is held against you even though you cannot choose the department you work in. Also certain management can be very overbearing, micromanaging & discriminatory
