Avantages
it's a job. there are some good people that i work with. some positions provide steady schedules. a few are rotating weekends and one night a week. it's not that bad for scheduling. there are a lot of people that use it as a second job.
Inconvénients
lack of internal promotional opportunities beyond a department manager (team leader). paying external hire's more than internal promotions. The largest downside is how they cut payroll/hours, yet raise the bar for positive scores for everything. favoritism is rampant in stores. no matter how poor a performer, he/she/it will get a better review then you. get used to it.
