      Avantages

      The pay for an ETL is fair for retail. I was an assistant manager for Wal-mart and the pay was alot less. The benifits are good and every other weekend off is nice to.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be a car salesman to get promoted at target. If you have outstanding work performance and you can not sell them some bs you will not get promoted. It is easier to come from the outside in than inside up.

      -You may get more hours as a seasonal employee than you signed up for, this is a pro or con depending on how many hours you want
