Avantages
Target Corporation has a friendly, welcoming, fast paced environment that promotes career growth. If you're the type of person who wants to come in and do the same job everyday for the rest of your career, this probably isn't the place for you. Advancement opportunities are plentiful.
Inconvénients
The atmosphere can be a bit too "corporate america" at times, but it all depends on how you view your job. There is also still a push to send a lot of work off-shore, which can be very challenging (and not in a good way).
