      Avantages

      Some of the best people I have ever worked for. Train you well, and then once you are on your way and doing things on your own, they leave you to it. If you need help, people are always available to reach out to. But if you do your job as it is supposed to be done, no one ever really bothers you.

      Can get hectic at times.

      Not traditional production house so work load may not be as much as some companies.

      Inconvénients

      Money before moral. Sales people typically know nothing. Management is bad.
