      Avantages

      Gutes Teamgeist, regelmäßige Soft-skills Trainings, Dusche im Büro.

      Inconvénients

      Viel Heuchelei, viele unerfüllte Versprechen, allgemein viel "heiße Luft": man wirbt das ideal einer Top-Firma, und macht dann nur das mindeste notwendigste, um nicht wie ein Döner-Laden zu wirken. Das spiegelt sich auch in ter Unternehmenskultur: sog. Firmen-Werte wurden von Management vor weniger als ein Jahr pompös vorgetragen (inkl. Vorbild-Funktion des Managements) wurden aber nicht ins geringste von Management umgesetzt - aber dafür stellt Management ständig in Frage, ob sich die Mitarbeiter daran halten...

      Avantages

      Great place for learning Very international, lots of great teammates and occasional office gathering to increase socializing

      Inconvénients

      HR department is unprofessional. At my time, there were only 3 people in HR out of which one discussed with me for 2 months to hire me as a full-time employee, during which the head of HR was away. When the head of HR came back and spent another month in the office, they told me they were not aware I was in discussions with HR for a full-time hiring..and then eventually moved on to tell me it was not possible. Despite of their subordinate saying they could hire me. That ruined an otherwise a great experience for me.
