Avantages
When compared with other call-center companies, they are really one step ahead - their infrastructure and the way that they deal with their employees are unique. Their promotion process, "Jump!", really prepares people for administrative and managing functions.
Inconvénients
As any other call-center company, the salary is really under the market's average. Besides, most of their campus are out of reach, located in isolated neighborhoods in Brazil.
