      Avantages

      Laid back environment messy work and great group of workers in the shop.

      Inconvénients

      Front office is embedded with nepotism makes it clear you wont advance at all unless you are juiced in or related.

      Avantages

      The pay is good the benefits and maybe the retirement package.

      Inconvénients

      Lacks the proper staffing to train appropriately new hires mgmt has only minimum experience with little to no experience on new/older units. Company has a lack of experienced technicians. They can only keep units running that has been running since install with no knowledge/experience/skills to diagnose minor/major mechanical/electrical faults associated with CHP units.
