Avantages
I was employed at TBF Computing for 3 years. I worked my way up from a technician to a member of the management team. I have worked quite a few jobs in my adult life, but no job has ever been what TBF was. I whole heartily love TBF Computing thru and thru. Everything about TBF was everything I ever wanted from a company. The atmosphere, the people (from the Top Management to the Techs), everything about TBF is the best. I didn't leave the company due to any related reason, I am relocating for to provide care for family in another state, otherwise I would still be there. I will never find anything else that compares to TBF. The Top Management shows genuine care and concern for their employees, they may have strange ways of showing it at times, but when it comes down to it, they want what's best for their employees and will go above and beyond to help, even in your personal life outside of work. The people at TBF are what make it so great! They are a family, the general attitude is light, fun and full of energy and it makes everyday a pleasure to work there. Leaving them was the hardest thing I have ever done as far as anything work related goes. I will miss them more than they will ever know.
Inconvénients
The only con for me is leaving TBF.
